Retail shelf, e-commerce, foodservice and promotional packs have different barrier, closure and carton needs.
Private Label Organic Star Anise
Lvkang’s own factory supports buyer-specific pouches, jars, boxes, labels and net weights. The 50 g and 100 g packs shown are references, not the only available specifications.

Three decisions to make first
Share net weight, pack type, material, dimensions, artwork, barcode, language and destination.
Confirm product sample, packaging component, artwork proof, filling tolerance and master-carton marking.
Start with product and market together
The product crop, visual grade and whole/broken tolerance must suit the transparent or printed pack selected. Destination label rules, organic claims and required languages should be reviewed before artwork is locked.
Custom weights are project-based
Existing 50 g pouch and 100 g jar images demonstrate current reference formats. Other net weights and packaging boxes can be evaluated according to components, filling feasibility, order quantity and target market.
Separate product MOQ from component MOQ
Printed film, labels, jars, lids and cartons may each have different minimum production quantities. A realistic quotation therefore needs both the spice volume and packaging configuration.
Create an approval trail
Use signed artwork, component specification, approved pack sample, filling tolerance and carton instructions as the production basis. Final claims and regulatory label compliance require buyer approval.
